At The Car Change, we like to make our customers feel at home and provide them with a relaxed environment in which they can view their new car. This is where our helpful four-legged assistant comes in. Meet Gigi. She has a varied role at The Car Change, and whether its meeting and greeting customers at the showroom or inspecting new vehicles by giving them The Car Change paw of approval, Gigi is always on hand to lend a paw in our showroom. Outside of The Car Change, Gigi likes to indulge in long windy walks, playing with her favourite toys and likes nothing more than curling up in her cosy bed after a long day at work. She also lists tasty treats as one of her hobbies and insists on having her salary paid in dog biscuits every month!

Son of Glenn, I started my career in the motor industry over 15 years ago, at the age of 20 for H.R.Owen. Trained in every department of the dealership I eventually became their top salesperson. After two years at the company, I then moved to Manheim Auctions to expand my knowledge of the wholesale market.

My first role there was as a relationship manager for large corporate vendors, while also training as an auctioneer. Subsequently, I then moved to Lloyds Bank, taking up a position in their remarketing department which incorporated, Lex Autolease, where we disposed of 100,000 vehicles per year.

I remained with the company for 10 years and within that time I ran a car supermarket site and was also involved in the development of a new and used online car business.

From October 2014 to September 2016 I was asked by Manheim Auctions to return to the company as Head of Pricing and Disposal for their subsidiary company, WeWantAnyCar.

Father of Robert, my career in the automotive industry started when I joined the family Ford Dealership business at 18 years of age. At 21 I went into business on my own before returning to the family business in my early thirties.

Subsequently, the existing Ford Dealership was sold and another company was purchased. The new company comprised of a Ford retail dealership and six petrol stations. Sturley Motor Company Ltd was incorporated in 1987 and since then there has been consistent trading with the sale and purchase of several businesses.

At the same time, various consultancy projects were undertaken, a large proportion of these being with banks. The largest of these projects was to set up and run a remarketing operation for Lloyds Bank which incorporated all vehicles from Lex Autolease and Blackhorse Finance, amounting to approximately 80,000 vehicles per year.
